Returns

In the rare event that you wish to return a product, the following SLC Leather guidelines will strictly apply:

  • If you notice manufacturing/ workmanship errors on your newly purchased product, we will undertake to repair it for you. If repairs are not possible, a replacement will be provided. You can request for repairs/ replacement of your product within 5 days of receiving it.
  • We do not accept returns on International orders.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We can repair/replace a product only if there are problems with hardware, problems with zippers, broken laces.
  • We cannot replace products damaged by neglect or mishandling, including exposure to moisture/direct sun light, tears in leather or lining, and ink marks and stains.
  • Customers cannot return customized orders or products purchased on discount sales once they have made the purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at contact@shopatslc.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Please note that we need an unboxing video to start the process for a refund or a new product in case of receiving the wrong item or an empty box.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Exchanges

At SLC, we do not presently offer an exchange policy.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@shopatslc.com and send your item to:

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item. This will allow us to address the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.

Unboxing video is required to initiate a refund or new product dispatch for wrong product delivery and empty box delivery.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We are not responsible for any damage or loss of goods during the return shipment.

Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If we approve your request, we will process your refund (excluding Shipping Cost) and apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 – 5 days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your debit/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@shopatslc.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
