We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
If you are based out of a remote location or a courier non-serviceable area, please write to us with your complete mailing address and order details at contact@shopatslc.com or call our customer care helpline number (+91) 8072129414, and we will arrange for a suitable service to deliver your order. Please note that carriers may charge an additional sum to deliver at remote locations, and in such cases we will intimate you prior to delivery. Any additional taxes charged by the shipping company will be borne by the customer.
We ship to all international destinations with fee which starts INR. 5,000/- per product depends upon the weight of the product. Delivery times depend on the location, but we typically deliver orders within 10-15 business days of confirmation. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
For International deliveries, our courier partner may need to get custom clearance ; any additional taxes, import duties, custom charges levied by the country of import will have to be borne by the customer.
Conditions
- Any delay or non-delivery of purchased goods for reasons related to flood, fire, wars, or any cause beyond the control of SLC Leather shall not be held liable by SLC.
- Delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, government instability, strikes, etc.
- We tailor the shipping of orders to the address and phone number provided.
Damages of Packages
We quality check all our products and package them securely. Please do not accept the delivery if you feel the package has been damaged.
In such an event, we request you to take photos of the tampered/damaged part and email them to contact@shopatslc.com or WhatsApp us at +918072129414.
Do not sign for or accept the damaged package from the carrier. If you accept such a package, we will consider the product to have been received in good condition.
If you have accepted the damaged package, the return courier costs will be borne by you. We will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.
Unable to Deliver
If you are not available to take delivery when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier service will notify you.
Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our fulfillment center.
In case of a prepaid order, a refund is issued to the original payment method.
